José provided this python version of his script that killes left-behind
processes

I attached josé's python version of the script as patch here.
There have been some positve testings of the script - so it is already usable
(improvements can be done in SVN).

Like with other scripts in /usr/share/debian-edu-config/tools/
I'd suggest to prefer documentation over auto-enabling.

To have some quotable remarks by the author for initial comments in the script,

I would suggest replacing the content of the killer package instead, to make
it easy to enable and disable this script by just installing or removing the
package.
