I have this problem also. How DARE any programmer write a program that prevents
a user from shutting down or restarting his computer!!! Sometimes a request to
restart a computer is in response to another emergency and THAT REQUEST MUST BE
HONORED AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS!!!! This freaking bug prevents me from remotely
controlling my computer and I sometimes have no awareness that my computer has
hung. I consider this a critical design flaw and should be fixed ASAP! I see it
was reported in 2007 and here we are TWO years later and still no fix????
