Line 45 of web_service.php should be changed from:

      $this->log(LOG_VERBOSE, "WebSearchService($szSearchServiceName,
$oGeoCoder, $szBaseURL)");

to:
        $this->log(LOG_VERBOSE, "WebSearchService($szSearchServiceName,
".($oGeocoder?'Object':'').", $szBaseURL)");
