Note that this does not seem to be a dup of #152253.
When I start konsole using KRunner, I get a konsole with the menubar visible.
Fine. I now go to the "View/show menubar" menu and I see that it is not
checked.If I now proactively check it, then the menu bar remains there. If I go
once more and uncheck this, there the menu bar disappears. This should be
corrected : if the menu bar is visible the View/show menubar checkbox menu
should be checked. Upon toggling it, the menu bar should disappear at once.
