Version: 2.1.00 (using 4.1.4 (KDE 4.1.4), Kubuntu packages) Compiler: cc OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.27-11-generic probably like #104990 : the molecule editor is scrambled ; the only way to see anythinh is to move the mouse pointer pressed on top of this window to get some glipese of the picxture we are supposed to see ; I am using compiz but I think that is not related to the bug. OpenGL applications and compositing still experience many issues.
