A template with more than one legendtemplate widgets adds as many
legendtemplatediv div as they are widgets. Nevertheless
LegendTemplateWLayersChanged() function, in JSAPI mode, that calls
CWCProcessLegendTemplate(nId) is created only once with the id of last widget
added. When a registered events occurs, this function is called once.
CWCLegendTemplateProcessed() looks for legendTemplateDiv div id and replaces the
inner HTML. It does not consider any id.
