I agree we should have the close button available, which is trivial to do. The
problem with doing so is that the docker gets much wider and in several styles
I tried its basically not a toolbox anymore.
So I think we need to do something like having a replacement docker header for
this. Ideally combined with a way to hide the toolbox from the view-menu.
For 2.0 I don't think we can fix this.
