Steps:
* add two artistic shapes
* select them

Expected results: the properties docker show the artistic shapes properties
allowing to change the font, size, etc... of multiple shapes at the same time.

The current design does not allow multiple shapes to be changed at the same
time by using the shape config widgets. This has to be changed to fix this bug.

The current design uses the widgets that were designed to be used on inserting
the shape into a new document. So, indeed those are designed to be used with
only one shape.
More interesting is that this usage of the shapeOptionPanels results in that
many shapes don't have a properties docker to show and when they do the main
tool for that shape typically also provides these functions in the tool-options
docker.

I'd like to suggest to have the path-properties GUI made available in the
path-tool so its tool-options docker shows the features now exclusive to the
properties tool.

I think that will take care of the main usecase for this docker, won't it?
