Version: 2.2.80 (using 4.2.86 (KDE 4.2.86 (KDE 4.3 >= 20090514)), compiled sources) Compiler: gcc OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.27-desktop-0.rc8.2mnb Clicking on Molecule Editor while being in French brings the Molecule Editor dialog but all 3 tabs are in Edit mode. The Display tab is in Edit mode and also the Measure one. Confirmed also in Portuguese. I think this bug is finally fixed, but would appreciate more testing.
