address gather dialog small fixes
Patch posted on devel- some time ago, adding here so it won`t be lost
Fixes:
1. With polish localization some text entrys go beyond window, add window
size saving (yes window can be resized but it's annoying doing it over
and over again).
2. Respect 'translate header names' - for consistency
3. There is bug that appears after one successfull address
gathering, with next try user is presented with disabled Cancel button
of course window can be closed with windows close button - but it`s
nonetheless a bug
