[Bug 2017] New: Spelling went to "tr" Turkish but i do not use aspell-tr

System runs on de-DE-utf8 and i installed aspell + aspell-de aspell-de_DE

I got an error that the spelling for de can not be loaded when i open "new
mail"...

After that i take a look to "configure Accounts" an see spelling is put to "Tr"
what is turkish spellcheck? ..  ok i come from Berlin and tuurkish is the
second language her ebut i cannot read or write it;) and i do not had installed
aspell-tr..


So what is it?

and for archlinux there is no package aspell-tr....

So why can i choose Tr when it is not installed?

How can i check what is wrong ???
