KGlobalSettings::videosPath() provides a path to the xdg video user directory
on linux. Video using apps such as dragonplayer and kaffeine should consider
using this directory by default. For example, the file open dialog could be
pre-populated by the Video directory rather than the Documents directory.
Furthermore
http://lxr.kde.org/search?v=4.3-branch;string=videosPath%28%29shows that it currently has no users, whereas
http://lxr.kde.org/search?v=4.3-branch;string=documentPath%28%29 has a couple
that seem more appropriate to video.
