Global path unified against actual CVS tree

At it's current state some code raise a Deprecated warnings with php 5.3

Find the attachement as patch to solve this type of trouble
(Mainly using preg_match as a replacement )

Just a note before I forget to add it.

For php5.3 you need to quote all string after = in .ini.in except false true.
