Sometimes when I remove a ban using the "channel settings" panel, konversation
will revert the topic to whatever it was when I joined the channel.
Seems to happen only if I set the topic after joining. Example:
I join a channel and the topic is A, someone (including me) changes it to B, I
remove a ban and I end up accidentally changing it back to A.
