https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=213296 Summary: kate main Editor does not show widget-style "focus"
indicator
Product: kate
Version: unspecified
Platform: Mandriva RPMs
OS/Version: unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo:
kwrite-devel@...
ReportedBy:
hugo.pereira@...
Version: (using KDE 4.3.2)
Compiler: gcc version 4.4.1 (GCC)
Installed from: Mandriva RPMs
Several widget styles (plastique, oxygen) show a focus rect (default is blue)
around the sunken frame of text editors. However it is not shown for Kate main
Editor window, which creates some confusion/inconsistency with other apps (e.g.
other editors).
The same is true for "hover" rect (which I just implemented in oxygen-style in
trunk).
Although this is not a very important issue, I think fixing this would add some
polish.
This is probably related to the fact that the editor is quite customized in
order to implement all the kate goodies.
