Since the update from KDE-4.3.2 to 4.3.3 my korganizer does not show my imap resource from kmail. kmail works as before and I could see all my email and so on. But korganizer calender is empty, as well as the resource view does not show the subtrees of the imap resource. It seems that it simply does not connect to the imap-source. Nothing else was changed in the system. In 4.3.3, the resource is there in korganizer, the groupware icons are shown in kmail (ical/vcard type, German language) after manually adding the TheIMAPResourceAccount entry in kmailrc. And I do not know whether it is possible installing qt-4.6 with the latest KDE4.3.3 without disturbing to much. Last time I have done this (from 4.3 to 4.4) I have had a lot of trouble. May be I have a hint, I have activated akonadi, and there I found a message in the info: Status: Initialization based on the stored configuration failed (offline) This message is shown for the imap resource. Kde4.3.4 does not solve the problem. 2. I have an older system with KDE-4.3.2. When adding a new event within kmail in 4.3.2 it appears in kmail of 4.3.4 in the correct kmail-folder, but still not in korganizer. Therefore, maybe this is a problem of korganizer? So, I have found at least a solution for my situation. Even if I start kontact without any PIM apps running, the korganizer part won't show any subresources or events of the imap resource. There's also no warning/error message telling the user that something and what weng wrong. > Usually I do not use kontact. Neither do I. It's just too cumbersome to work with almost keyboard-only, and there's no way to see your calendar and your mail at the same time.
