The documentation lack the very basic information - what is the minimal
required hardware configuration, what is the recommended hardware to run kde4.
I couldn't find this information nor on google, nor on your site, nor in the
kde4 documentation.

Sorry but this is a conscious decision. While some people run KDE 4 on very low
end hardware and are perfectly happy with it (like me) others are not with the
same hardware. We'd rather not give minimum requirements because of this.
You can tweak KDE a lot to make it work on very low-end hardware as well as
tweak it for maximum power.
