Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

When any window gains or loses focus the left part of the titlebar blinks for a
second (goes from active to inactive to active).  Specifically the application
icon and the "pin" icon.  Maybe it's because the whole titlebar is being
redrawn and it takes awhile.  But if there's just a way to redraw the part to
the right of those 2 icons it would fix the blink and make things seem more
responsive.

I observe it as well, but as the ozone deco is (hopefully) now obsolete and the
current oxygen deco does not show this behaviour, this bug is probably
"outdated"

Marking as UNMAINTAINED, if this is wrong and anyone feels in charge, please
correct me

I don't notice any difference with oxygen in 4.3.1 but I guess I can reopen if
it's still there with 4.3.3.

Btw I was wrong about the "pin" icon not changing- it does change a tiny bit so
I guess that would explain why it blinks.  But the application icon is the same
and shouldn't need to be updated.

I don't know whether the new oxygen titlebar is/will be backported to the 4.3
branch, but you should be able to use nitrogen from kde-look meanwhile.
