As of 2010.0 One, the bug is still there : a swap of 1GB in a 3GB system -> no
resume=/dev/sda8 in grub ...

Description of problem:
I can hibernate my laptop, but when powering on, it always reboot instead of resuming. I saw it complained that 'resume' parameter was missing in boot line, so I added it, and all is working.
The question is why was the resume parameter forgotten? It is fresh 2008.0 DVD install.
