A HopObject's accessname is always defined within the context of a collection,
so Maksim is right, it is hard to generalize this from the instance  method
HopObject.get() into a static getByAccessName() method.

Anyway, both this and the proposed HopObject.select can be implemented rather
easily using the new dynamically defined collections feature[1], so I'm closing
this bug as resolved fixed.
