If the point is that with the release of 2010.0, 2009.0 is losing support, then offering 2009.1 as an upgrade choice makes sense (we usually advise against doing upgrades from more than one release back). But, of course, that leaves the question of why a cooker system shows this prompt. Does it still offer to upgrade to 2009.1 (by default it'll take a couple of minutes till it checks for updates)? But, of course, that leaves the question of why a cooker system shows this prompt.
