This should be fixed so that the close button is within the survey window if at all possible. It crossed my mind to report this at RC2, and with hindsight I should have done. It seemed rather trivial at the time, but in view of the comments in the forum now it is a serious useability issue that potentially breaks the install. Release critical for 2010.1? That's what forces the Close button to appear so far away from everything else.
