The active skin is currently not exposed to JS code, to for example allow
macros to determine from which skin the macro was called.
A small patch is attached that provides this functionality.
As a part of this patch, access to the ReponseTrans member variable of the res
global proeprty is also exposed to JS code, as some of its methos may also be
useful to be able to be access from JS code is soem specific circumstances.
