I've propagated that last change in our branch to the xaraya branch and those
vars should be defined now for the template.
It's rather arbitrary at the moment with this link taking just the current
calendar in the calendar array for generation. So I expect that at some time
one might want to make some specific changes to these links to suit multiple
calendar displays.
