suggested patch

The current documentation of "Configuring an Exim client to use TLS"
implicitely suggests that for tls_verify_certificates the respactive main
configuration option is used. (Implicitely, since for every other option noted
in this section there is a explicit notice that the private option of the smtp
transport is to be used.)

Suggested patch attached.
