[Bug bootstrap/40650] gcc-4.5-20090702 won't build on OS X 10.5 with GMP/MPFR in-tree

I have not bootstrapped with GMP/MPFR in tree so I don't know if that works.  I
always have a build of GMP and MPFR around so it does not compile GMP/MPFR
again when building GCC.
