[Bug-gama] Problem with compiling gamma with gcc 3.4

Dear all,
I use opensuse 11 and I have had problem with compiling gnu gamma with its compiler gcc version 3.4. The include files are less cross referenced in this version of gcc and so the code must be more explicit in specifying headers.
