Comment submitting fails

Hello,

there is the problem with one CS instance - when submitting the
comment, message displayed is this:

There was an internal error when submitting the comment (code 2).
(action_comment_submit_err_internal)

Strange, because it used to work; even more, because the template is
exactly the same as on other instance, where comments work just fine.
Campsite version on both instances is same - 3.3

What might went wrong, any hints and ideas?

Thanks, Ljuba
