as I thought was obvious, I can think of about two dozen different ways
to handle the whole shebang better, but I'm not in charge of it nor do I

This guy alejopj at gmail.com is making a Install fest the 8 Nov in
Spain for about 400 people and he doesnt receive any response.

And Vaci0 is in te same situacion he is from peru he wants to know if
the Install Party will be realized because he rent the auditorium.

With this behaviour Mandrva is seeking a lot of bad posts in Blogs and
others sites, this is bad propaganda.

I sent mails from thedalfa at gmail.com several times and my
installation party is for about a 1000 peoples but now i dont know if
the time is enough we have to do it before november (in the El
Salvador).

Si nos tomamos el tiempo de leer largas man-pages y detallados howtos,
¿porque no tomarnos el tiempo de leer la Biblia y ser verdaderamente libres? no
solo en nuestra pcs sino también de toda condenación.

Ok, I haven't written here again yet, but i've still haven't received
any installfest kit yet, please push my request up there is only one week left...

Me neither, but I checked the status a couple of days ago, the stuff should've
been sent out recently and on the way, so they should probably reach their
destination any day now.. :)

Bad publicity, i think Mandriva must not invite their users to ask if
they dont will send nothing.

The formal reply to send goodies is:

Yes i saw that thanks Adam,  but we can't rely on "maybe stuff will arrive in
time" with no mail back from MDV since month :-(
If stuff arrive we will try to schedule a "private" MDV install-party for
another day.
Oh and BTW, I hope that the to-be-delivered media are not MDV one CD(s),
because for me it is "no way".
I will not install from this media; will rather burn 2008 free DVD(s).
