I tried it (integrated inside kontact) and i was asked for a License Key for
OpenCalais (http://www.opencalais.com/ )
Is it normal?

Yes, that's because kmail-nepomuk interacts with content analysis tools
which suggest annotations based on the mail's content, as described by
Trueg at [1]. In case the user enters a valid OpenCalais key indeed, he
will get suggestions from the OpenCalais service. This service is
integrated for demo purpose, although it raises privacy issues. You can
activate or deactivate the OpenCalais tool through the Scribo shell
(command: scriboshell).

I've got a crash with scriboshell which i reported  on bug #54735 because i
think it's related.
