Think you need to add an obsoletes for it somewhere:

A requested package cannot be installed:
system-config-printer-libs-1.1.13-11mdv2010.0.x86_64 (in order to keep
system-config-printer-udev-1.1.13-10mdv2010.0.x86_64)
Continue installation anyway? (Y/n)

Sorry, I thought system-config-printer-udev would be removed instead, I
figure I mistested the upgrade.

This usually happens with urpmi --keep; normal users are not supposed to

use it :)

Was fixed by Fred some time ago. Should be ok now
