[Cooker] Where is KDE3 Krusader

The only Krusader I can find on the repositories has been tailored for
KDE4. As the KDE3/KDE4 migration stuffed KDE4 on my system, KDE4 wont
start and KDE4 apps wont run in KDE3, where do I find the KDE3 version
of Krusader, or do I have to install Krusader from 2008.1 into my cooker
system in order to get a working version.

we have and we will have only krusader for kde4 on mdv 2009.0

Ok, so given that the kde3/kde4 migration has stuffed kde4 on my system

and it refuses to start, and kde4 apps won't run under kde3, how do I
get a working version of krusader (IMO this is the only file manager in
Mandriva worth its salt).

Step 1, fix your borked kde4. This is cooker and these things are
expected. As a cooker user you should be able to puzzle it out. You
continually make reference to this "my xyz is broken" but never seem to
be able to fix it or ask the right questions and give the right detail.
Stuff breaks on my install *all* the time (i break half the things with
ghusto!) but I then fix it again (or ask others for help) rather than
just complain about it.

I have raised numerous questions on the mail list about KDE4/KDE4 Apps

not being able to communicate with D-BUS under both a normal user and
root, and cut and pasted error messages I was able to produce into the
mail messages, and get no response to any of them. I have even been in
the situation where, in a tty session, I as able to get an empty blue
screen on KDE4 startup with no taskbar, desktop icons or anything else,
and running ldconfig after update-alternatives following the discussion
around the nvidia issues I had with you and Anssi, stopped KDE4 from
being able get as far as displaying this empty screen. I verified that
the Messagebus service was running and dismissed this as being an issue,
on seeing messages logged that indicated that kde3 and associated apps
were communicating with dbus quite happily. Hence not being able to
determine where the problem was myself, and not being able to get
assistance, I gave up and uninstalled KDE4 and went looking for the kde3
versions of the tools that are useful to me. Now I am being told that I
can't necessarily get them because they are only being built for an
environment that for me won't run.

any of them ?  have you done some bugreports ?   this is the only way to have
all followed because all of "them" don't read cooker ML all the time.

I hadn't, because I had seen other people raise issues around KDE4 on

the ML and get them resolved, so I figured I should be able to also.
Plus after raising my issues other people raised issues about the same
messages from KDE4 apps under root, which opened a discussion on the
issue. But up to the point where I gave up and removed KDE4 no KDE4
update had resolved the issue of KDE4 not being able to start, although
some of the KDE4 app issues had been randomly resolved in that sometimes
they worked and sometimes they didn't. I have also in the past raised
problems where the only response was that the problem was being closed
because it was old. Ignoring this before raising a bug report meaningful
information needs to be supplied to assist with diagnosis, and if the
reporter doesn't know where to look for the info, or can't find anything
that looks like it might be an indicator of where the error is, then
assistance is required and if the ML is not the place to ask for
assistance where is? It took me ages to find that when trying to start
KDE4 from a tty session that the only place the message about the D-BUS
failure was being logged was in .xsession-errors, and that when exiting
from the tty back to the dm, and then into KDE3 that .xsession-errors
was being cleared out.
