Summary: getaddrinfo(3) require macro
_POSIX_C_SOURCE/_XOPEN_SOURCE
Description:
In dbmail.h.in:
_XOPEN_SOURCE 500
But getaddrinfo(3) is marked as XNS5.2 or POSIX-2001 on NetBSD-5.0.1,
so it is hidden, failed to build.
