Below it's what i wrote on email. Attached both files. -- Before the upgrade to >= 2.3.6, this worked OK. A report message from MantisBT is wrong displayed on MSO2007 and others. The strange is that, on MSO2007 it just suppresses the non-ascii chars, but in RoundCube for example I can see them OK.
