[DG: User Experience] Wiki changes

Spurred by http://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/SAK-16687, we at Michigan
decided to do some work on the UI of the sakai-wiki (rwiki). This work is
detailed in an attachment to SAK-16866, and can also be examined at:

http://garden.dmc.dc.umich.edu/portal (admin/admin)

This work has been carried out in a rWiki branch (SAK-16866) We think we are
at the point where we would like to merge the branch back into trunk.

Michigan has been committed for a while to work on rWiki and is committed to
maintain and fix it.

Neat.

Speaking of which, we were close to getting WYSIWYG editing into rwiki  
for 2.6. Is there anyone out there looking (or willing to look) at  
that for 2.7? I'm unsure how it would interact with Gonazalo's  
proposed changes.
