[Editorial] Outdated reference to XForms 1.0 Second Edition

in the XForms 1.1 CR document we still have a reference to XForms 1.0
Second Edition [1]. This should be changed to XForms 1.0 Third Edition.

Once the reference to TE is in, we should change section 1.5.1 Model and
Instance [2]. The sentence "The model element now supports a version
attribute to help authors bridge the transition between XForms 1.0 to
XForms 1.1." should be deleted completely, since we back-ported @version
to XForms 1.0 TE [3].
