Hei

Thanks for the help. I tried what you said and the problem is in fact
with the mail server.

[EDIT]I my case (debian 5 + cyrus 2.2) the file with the seen flags (/var/lib/cyrus/user/*/***.seen) was corrupt. I backed up and deleted the file, then reconstructed the index (cyrreconstruct user.***), and problem solved.
