I don't really know what he's asking here... anyone else?

Not sure if he's on the list (probably not), so please maintain the
CC/Reply-To.

I've never even heard of something called "x-session-manager" - is this
a distribution specific program?

Might be some Debian or derivative, where x-session-manager is an
alternative, meaning it points where whatever the user wants in the list
of installed session managers:

corsac@hidalgo: update-alternatives --list x-session-manager
/usr/bin/openbox-session
/usr/bin/xfce4-session

Though I don't really understand the rest :)

The questions seems to have been auto-translated with some software
from spanish to english, making it almost impossible to understand :)
It appears to be something about some problems running multiple X
servers, one for each user.
Ironically, I think he would be better understood if he had posted the
question in spanish to the ML.

Portuguese, more likely ^_~

Even assuming that he's trying to log in multiple users with multiple X
servers, it's unclear as to what's going wrong since he just says "it
doesn't work."

Though... if he's just trying to run the session manager from the
console, that certainly won't work, because the session manager doesn't
start up the X server.  So he probably wants to try 'startxfce4' ... tho
I don't recall if we support passing a display argument.
