This was posted to the uportal-dev email list. I don't know enough about
the Fluid integration to address it and was wondering if someone here
would be able to take a look.

This issue has been around for a while.  I reported
http://www.ja-sig.org/issues/browse/UP-2442 back in May.  Yes, it's
related to JavaScript drag&drop but that's all I've really determined.  
No one gave me any feedback on the issue previously.
