The old and new WS-RM Policy assertion do each let us configure different
aspects of RM runtime. IOW there is no 1:1 mapping possible between the two.
Thus the two separate sets of custom sun assertions are needed for each of those
WS-RMP assertions that would complement the standard WS-RMP assertion to achieve
a complete RM runtime configuration coverage and 1:1 mapping between the two
supported WS-RM/WS-RMP versions.
