The namespace for soap encoding defined in class
com.sun.xml.rpc.wsdl.document.soap.SOAP12Constants is
'
http://www.w3.org/2002/06/soap-encoding' but the final version of the SOAP 1.2
spec says it is '
http://www.w3.org/2003/05/soap-encoding'. Not sure if there are
any other incorrect namespaces besides encoding, or if there are any static
definitions of the incorrect soap encoding namespace used.
