To reproduce:
- in query-styling.html, change startMode='tableMode' to startMode='previewMode'
- touch {skin}/xslt/searchresult.xsl (due to known bug: xalan does not detect changes in imported stylesheets)
- enter this query on the querySearch page:
select id, name where true option chunk_length=5, style_hint='chunked'

UI appears to start in previewMode, but results are not displayed and no working UI.
