This is upgrade from previouse version but this problem has shown on new site with new repository.
I check installation on 3 comps.

This is probably a skinning issue.  Try using the default skin first.
To fix your skin, look up the word 'jquery' in the default layout.xsl, and copy the jquery related bits over to your layout.xsl.
