Problem editing tables in IE8
-----------------------------
Key: DSY-737
URL:
http://issues.cocoondev.org//browse/DSY-737 Project: Daisy
Type: Bug
Components: Frontend - doc editing
Versions: 2.3
Reporter: Jeroen Goubert
The daisy editor seems to have a problem with editing tables in IE8.
You can create a table, but adding/removing rows or columns doesn't work *unless* you select some text in a table cell (so just placing the cursor in the cell is not sufficient).
Also: the little handles on the cell don't appear in IE8, so you have to use the buttons in the menu bar.
I tested this with daisy 2.1 and 2.3 and with IE8 on both windows vista and XP.
Microsoft offers IE8 with its updates and suggests that customers install it, so I think this ussue has 'major' priority.
