Summary
-------

Update the Mouse config UI file to show both a slider and a numinput (spinbox) to choose the "Automatic selection delay" as stated in bug 206668.
The layout was also simplified a bit. (I'm not really sure if the current "Short" and "Long" labels should be kept.. we already have a milliseconds way to measure it....

Well, you removed it, right? :-) OK.

a) I think at least two "ticks" should be labeled

b) "Delay ..." should be aligned to "Automatically ..." because it is
a sub-option of it, not "Single..."
