[KDE-i18n-nl] [Kde-cvs-announce] Reminder: KDE 3.5 branch frozen again

I should have reminded earlier, but better late than never:

As stated on
http://developer.kde.org/development-versions/kde-3.5-release-plan.html
the message and documentation freeze is over for KDE 3.5.4 and we'll
use the next 2 weeks to catch up with the changes and polish translations.
