#22357: ncarg 5.1.1 segfault on gsn plotting commands

The 'ncarg' (NCL) port builds and installs on Snow Leopard without a
problem and seems to work fine for non-graphical operations. However, use
of any of the gsn plotting commands gives an immediate segmentation fault
with no additional error information.
The version 5.1.1 binaries provided by the NCL maintainers do not have
this problem.
