[MathML-Last-Call] mspace and indentation

The indentation attributes are not allowed on mspace, even though
the text in 3.1.7.1 says they are allowed there.

Fixed section 3.1.7.1 to correct the description of the elements
that allow the indentation attributes.

Also fixed invalid mspace examples in section 3.2.7.3.
