[OOoCon 2009] OOo4Kids and Education Project : presentations canceled

Hi,

I present my apologies to the organisators, but I have to resign and
won't attend the OOoCon at Orvieto this year.

So, please note the following presentations are canceled :

- Present Education Project
- OOo4Kids: the story   (Note: was mostly about development and code,
unlike it was presented in the schedule)

The reasons: we didn't receive enough of donations to pay the travel and
accomodations (was around 600 euros one week ago), and I don't want to
pay for contribute.

Last, I'd like to ask the organisators, whether Thorsten Behrens could
benefit of my slots ? Because he had issues with GSoC students
presentations.  Thanks in advance to contact him (on CC).

I am very sorry to hear that you are not coming.

If it's decided to give a slots to the GSoC students, please don't
wait until the last minute because in that case I will have to prepare
a presentation ;)

I don't understand you at all, Eric.
First you complain because too little money is donated. Then it is
offered and you do not come :-)
So we miss the lead of the education project at the OOoCon :-\

So after speaking with Eric, he agree on me handling the education
presentation as co-lead for the education project and also being
involved with OOo4Kids project. I would be able to present the project
to the community.

So no need to do any major reorganization of the schedule.
