[PATCH] Adding the "Pages" tab (n-up options, etc.) to KOrganizer's print dialog

Hi PIMsters,
Since KDE4, Koragnizer had lost the n-up options in the print dialog (due to
the switch to QPrintDialog). However, it's very simple to add them again:
Simply use KdePrint::createPrintDialog, and everything will work
automatically. Patch for review is up at:

Thanks for the patch. I applied it to trunk and the 4.3 branch.
